HIROSS HR7.5 Series 4-in-1 Permanent Magnet Screw Air Compressor System integrates the screw compressor, air receiver tank, refrigerated air dryer and filtration on a single pre-piped skid. Powered by a 7.5 kW / 10 HP permanent magnet motor with VFD start, it delivers up to 1.36 m³/min of free air delivery at pressures from 0.7 to 1.3 MPa. Rated efficiency is 93.2%, noise just 65 ± 2 dB(A), and unit vibration no more than 7 mm/s. Direct drive transmission removes belts, PLC control manages start and protection logic, and the compact 1270 × 700 × 1350 mm footprint needs no separate plant room.

Four functions, one footprint The package combines a direct-drive screw airend, a horizontal air receiver, a refrigerated air dryer, and filtration. Because the stages are matched and pre-piped at the factory, you get one installation and one point of contact for service instead of four. The complete skid measures 1270 × 700 × 1350 mm, so it fits a corner of the workshop floor.

One platform, four pressure points Four models share a single 7.5 kW / 10 HP platform: HR7.5-7PM at 0.7 MPa and 1.36 m³/min, HR7.5-8PM at 0.8 MPa and 1.26 m³/min, HR7.5-10PM at 1.0 MPa and 1.02 m³/min, and HR7.5-13PM at 1.3 MPa and 0.86 m³/min. You buy the pressure your process actually needs, rather than paying for range you will never use.

Variable frequency drive and PLC control The motor starts on a variable frequency drive and runs under microcomputer (PLC) control. The service factor is 1.2, duty is continuous S1, and rated efficiency is 93.2%. At 415 V / 3 PH / 50 Hz the rated current is 13.3 A, and the PLC screen gives operators pressure and status at a glance.

Built for hot, humid workshops Ambient and discharge temperatures are rated 0–46 °C with maximum relative humidity of 95%. Unit discharge temperature stays within ambient plus 10–15 °C, which protects downstream equipment. Air cooling keeps the package self-contained, with no water circuit to build or maintain. Vibration is held to ≤7 mm/s, sound pressure is 65 ± 2 dB(A), and the enclosure is rated IP23 with Class F insulation for ordinary industrial environments.

Cleaner air at the point of use With the dryer and filter positioned downstream of the receiver, air leaves the skid already dried and filtered. That reduces condensate and contamination reaching tools, valves, cylinders, and instruments. The air outlet is G3/4, and the compressor holds 8 L of lubricating oil.
