The HIROSS AIR HRB-110AC is an air-cooled refrigerated dryer for compressed air systems, rated at 11 m³/min and designed for a working pressure range of 0.6–1.2 MPa. It accepts inlet air up to 70 °C and is rated for ambient temperatures up to 38 °C, so it suits hot compressor rooms and sites without a cooling water supply. The cabinet is built from carbon steel with full-face mesh ventilation for condenser airflow, and both process connections are top-mounted for simple pipe routing. Refrigerant R410A, 380V / 50Hz power supply. Typical duty: general plant air, pneumatic tools, packaging and printing lines.

1. Air-cooled, no cooling water required The condenser is cooled by ambient air, so the dryer needs only an electrical supply and a ventilated space. On sites where cooling water is unavailable, expensive to pipe, or has to be treated, this removes the water circuit, the isolation valves and the risk of scale blocking the condenser.

2. 11 m³/min rated flow The rated compressed air flow of 11 m³/min covers a mid-size compressor room: a single dryer follows the output of a mid-range screw compressor instead of several small units working in parallel.

3. Accepts inlet air up to 70 °C Inlet temperature tolerance up to 70 °C is above the usual class, so the dryer still holds its duty when the air arriving from the compressor is hot, or when the aftercooler cannot bring the temperature down fully. That keeps the specification workable in plants where the compressor and dryer sit close together with little piping to cool the air.

4. Working pressure range 0.6–1.2 MPa The 0.6–1.2 MPa range covers ordinary 7 bar systems and rises to 12 bar for higher-pressure plants, so the same model can serve a range of headers without a special build.

5. Rated for ambient temperatures up to 38 °C The 38 °C ambient rating is stated as part of the specification, which tells the buyer up front what the installation environment must look like. Where the compressor room runs hotter, this limit is the first thing to check before ordering, so site conditions can be compared against the rating during selection instead of surfacing as a shortfall after installation.

6. Carbon steel cabinet with full-face ventilation The cabinet is made of carbon steel and the front is a full-face mesh grille rather than a solid panel. Air reaches the condenser across the whole face, and the painted steel skin protects the refrigeration circuit and controls from dust and knocks in a working plant room.

7. Top-mounted flanged connections Both process connections are flanged and exit through the top of the cabinet. Pipework is routed above the unit, which keeps the floor area free, simplifies alignment on site and allows the dryer to sit tight against a wall. The front grille panels open for service, so maintenance is carried out from one side.

8. Service-standard refrigerant and supply The unit runs on R410A refrigerant and a 380V / 50Hz supply, both common in industrial refrigeration, so spare parts and service support are not tied to a specialty gas or an unusual voltage.
